What is the registration cost?
Registration payment for attendees is $150. Payment covers all meals and beverages as well as lodging for the entire event: Thursday night (October 3, 2019) through Sunday night (October 6, 2019.)
When is the registration deadline?
Registration closed at 11:59 PM on Friday, September 6, 2019.
When should I arrive?
Please plan to arrive by 6 PM on Thursday, October 3, 2019. Registration and dinner is at 6 PM and the first session will be begin at 7 PM.
When will the event conclude?
The event will formally conclude at 1 PM on Sunday, October 6, 2019. However, we encourage all who are able to stay to join us for a special BBQ and fellowship Sunday evening. Sunday night accommodations are included with your $150 registration. No additional discounts can be granted for those who are unable to stay Sunday night.
What should I bring?
Please bring sleeping bags or bedding, pillow cases, and towels! No bedding, towels, or pillow cases are provided. (Pillows are provided.)
Because we anticipate being at full capacity for this event, you will likely need to use the shower rooms located near the cabins. Please bring flip flops or water shoes for the shower rooms.
The event is held in a camp setting and most sessions are held outside. It is not uncommon to see temperatures in the low 40s in the early morning AND 70s or higher by lunch time. Come prepared and dress in layers so you can be blessed!
