Men, women & children who love God and want to fellowship together at Georgia’s beautiful Clarks Hill Lake!

Will children’s fellowship be offered?

We will be offering children’s fellowship for kids 4 – 11 years old. If your child is registered for children’s fellowship, you will be automatically signed up to assist for at least one session during the weekend. Children younger than 4 years old are welcome to join in the fun but must be accompanied at all times by a parent or grandparent, etc.

Children’s fellowship will be hosted in the lodge adjacent to the covered pavilion where all of the “formal” sessions will be held. The audio from all sessions will be fed into the lodge, so all involved with children’s fellowship will still be able to partake.

We will provide and oversee activities, but parents are ultimately responsible for their children during the weekend. More details will be sent to you upon registering.

What is the registration cost?

Registration payment for ONSITE ATTENDEES is $250 per person (For ages 12+). Payment covers all meals and beverages as well as lodging for the entire event: Thursday night (April 21, 2022) through and including Sunday night (April 24, 2022.)

Registration payment for OFFSITE ATTENDEES is $200 per person (For ages 12+). Payment covers all meals and beverages for the entire event: Thursday night (April 21, 2022) through Sunday night (April 24, 2022.) Lodging and transportation is not included.

Registration payment for CHILDREN ATTENDEES is $50 per child. (4 – 11 years). No cost for children 0 – 3 years. Payment covers all meals and beverages as well as lodging (AS SPACE ALLOWS) for the entire event: Thursday night (April 21, 2022) through and including Sunday night (April 24, 2022.)

How can I register?

You can easily register online through our registration page. In order to streamline the registration process and make event communications more automated, we are only accepting payment and registration via PayPal through our website. We appreciate your patience and consideration.

When is the registration deadline?

Registration deadline for ONSITE ATTENDEES is as space allows. If you plan on joining us onsite, then register ASAP. Waitlist will become available when we’ve reached capacity.

Registration deadline for OFFSITE ATTENDEES is Friday, April 1st, 2022. Registrants may join the onsite waitlist AND register for offsite admission.

All CHILDREN ATTENDEES must be registered by no later than Friday, April 1st, 2022.

Will live-stream be offered?

We will NOT be offering a live-stream registration option for this event.

When should I arrive?

Please plan to arrive by 6 PM on Thursday, April 21, 2022. Registration and dinner is at 6 PM and the first session will be begin at 7 PM.

When will the event conclude?

The event will formally conclude at 1 PM on Sunday, April 24th, 2022. However, we encourage all who are able to stay to join us for a special BBQ and fellowship Sunday evening. Sunday night accommodations are included with the $250 onsite registration. No additional discounts can be granted for those who are unable to stay Sunday night.

What should I bring?

Please bring sleeping bags or bedding, pillow cases, and towels! No bedding, towels, or pillow cases are provided. (Pillows are provided.)

Because we anticipate being at full capacity for this event, you will likely need to use the shower rooms located near the cabins. Please bring flip flops or water shoes for the shower rooms.

The event is held in a camp setting and most sessions are held outside. It is not uncommon to see temperatures in the low 40s in the early morning AND 70s or higher by lunch time. Come prepared and dress in layers so you can be blessed!

Refund Policy

We do not grant cancellation refunds less than 1 month out from the event. All other cancellation refunds will be considered on a case by case basis.
